About this opportunityAdvance Healthcare require a dedicated individual to provide case management and administrative services for their growing Pain Management clinics across Melbourne and online. You will be working from home to support the provision of a multi-disciplinary (medical specialist, physiotherapist, psychologist & dietitian) treatment program to clients with chronic pain.

- Casual employment with options for permanent over time
- Approximately 25 to 38 hours per week (3 days per week minimum)
- Remuneration to be negotiated based on the skills and experience of the successful applicant
- Opportunities to progress into management role over time
Essential skills, equipment and experience include:
- Bachelor level qualification in a health related degree
- Case management or high level administrative experience in the health system providing an understanding of the complexities of working with patients with chronic conditions
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders including patients, health professionals and insurers
- Strong IT skills with own quality computer and mobile phone (with unlimited call plan) suitable for home office set up
- Competency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- The ability to identify and deal with issues pro-actively
- Attention to detail, strong organisational and time management skills
- The discipline and drive to follow directives through to completion
- The willingness and capacity to commit to the role for a minimum of 18 months
You will be working in a team of qualified and professional allied health staff and administrators and will be supported by a structured induction and training program.
Remuneration will be negotiated based on the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
