Cashier/ Account Assistant – Part-time – School Hours

Main Responsibilities:

• Receipting and reconciliations of payments
• Manage collections and reconciliation of payments
• Deliver professional and efficient customer service.
• Maintaining customer accounts
• Assist with the Account payable duties as directed.
• Maintaining Communication with customers, staff & suppliers as processing daily enquiries are an integral part of this position 

To be successful in this role, the person must have the following:-

• Experience with Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Proficient IT & Spreadsheet (MS Excel) Skills, Accurate Data Entry skills
• Ability to work in a team environment & take instruction 
• Background in Bookkeeping/Accounting is advantageous 

The position will allow flexible School Hours, however work from from is unavailable in this role
