Casual Admin Staff

Plumbcad PTY LTD operates in South East & Northern area's of Melbourne. 

Admin staff all work together out of a factory in Thomastown VIC. 

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in the role of Administrative Assistant ASAP. This position will involve job scheduling, invoicing, general office roles and working closely with the office staff and plumbers. 

You would be starting on 2 days/per week with possible increase. Must be flexible, have no other job commitments, ability to fill in when needed. 

Key Requirements:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently when necessary

- Experience and knowledge of job scheduling is an advantage

- Casual position available 2 days a week 8:30am-4:30pm, although hours can be negotiated for the right candidate
