We currently have an opportunity for an Casual Administration Assistant to join our team - Available for Immediate Start. Located at our Head Office in Yeppoon QLD.
Full Time Hours available - typical working hours 8:00AM - 5:00PM
This position includes but is not limited to the following:
- Providing professional customer service as a first point of contact
- Supporting branch performance to achieve sales and profit targets
- Scheduling equipment hire and associated tasks
- Planning day to day operations to ensure quality service to our customers
- Accounts Receivable assistance
- Accounts Payable assistance
What you can offer JRT:

- An adaptable personality
- Strong computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Current QLD Drivers Licence
- Experience with Reckon Data & MYOB (desirable)
