To assist in the operations of the kitchen at the Albury Entertainment Centre and provide excellent customer service for all customers of the centre.

Qualifications & experience
- Class C (standard) driver's license
- Demonstrated relevant working experience
- General cleaning, floor cleaning and dishwashing, following procedures regarding chemical use and storage.
- Maintenance and removal of waste.
- Assistance the Chef/Cook in food preparation to the required Venue standards.
- Maintain delivery and storage of goods.
- Maintenance of kitchen equipment, food service and storage areas in a clean and safe manner.
Hours
Based on a 38 hour week, working on a casual basis, with actual days and times to be negotiated with the supervisor
