Qualifications & experience

  • Assessor Skill Set (TAESS00011 or TAESS00001) or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor
  • Certificate IV in Government or Diploma of Government required, ensuring vocational competency in the Government sector. Alternatively, candidates must demonstrate equivalent vocational competency through relevant industry knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Demonstrable vocational competency in Government with broad industry knowledge and current practice. Proven experience in VET sector training and assessing, and familiarity with developing and managing assessment tools.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Log in to our LMS regularly to access and review student assignments and projects.
  • Thoroughly assess student submissions against set criteria to determine their understanding and mastery of the course content.
  • Provide students with detailed, constructive feedback to guide their learning and academic growth.
  • Record and submit student outcomes in the LMS, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of student records.
  • Act as a point of contact for students, responding to their queries and providing guidance related to the coursework and assessments.
