Hamilton’s specialises ONLY in providing Early and Middle Childhood Educators to services across Sydney and the surrounds and has been established since 1996. Hamilton’s Consultants have qualifications and experience as Educators within the early and middle childhood sector, so we understand YOU!
The position…
Hours of work as a Casual in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) is typically between 7-9am (mornings) or 2-6pm(afternoons).
During school vacation care periods shifts could be up to 7.6hr days or 38hr week.
You will be supporting programs in the Hills District, such as: Baulkham Hills, North Rocks, North Kellyville, Epping and Northborne
Experience working with school aged children is preferred but not essential.
Training will be provided on induction to assist in transitioning you confidently as a support educator working with children 5-12 years.
Before School and After School Care programs provide fun, structured, and unstructured activities for children to explore, experiment and engage with each other. Many programs have their own designed indoor and outdoor play space; some operate within a shared space where pack up and set up forms part of the daily routine.
There is plenty of opportunity to share your skills and talents, making this the perfect setting to shine and contribute to the program and children’s positive experiences.

To be suited for this position you MUST be:
Willing to obtain a paid employee NSW Working with Children Check
Able to demonstrate a willingness to learn
Highly motivated and use your initiative
Dedicated and passionate about working with children
A team player and capable communicator
Available and willing to work 1-2 shifts a day including just morning or afternoon shifts
