Alongside SportsMed Subiaco, our group also operates Thoracare Subiaco, Subiaco Women’s Health, GP After Hours Subiaco providing integrated Sports Medicine, Physiotherapy and other Allied Health Services. Our large facility, located at St John of God Subiaco Hospital includes consultation rooms, a clinical pilates studio, hydrotherapy pool and a fully equipped gymnasium.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced casual Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate must have MYOB and payroll experience including general bookkeeping/reconciliation tasks.
This role will be one day per week with annual leave cover for our Senior bookkeeper.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficient in preparing and processing payroll and superannuation
- Handling bank feeds and reconciliations including monthly Creditors
- Assisting with various bookkeeping tasks as required
- Providing support to the Senior bookkeeper
Requirements:
- Essential experience with MYOB (minimum 5 years experience)
- Ability in the use of Microsoft Excel
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and Payroll
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to commence immediately
