- Casual Pay Rates, $17.18 (17 years) to $27.71 (adults) per hour Mon-Fri rates, plus additional penalties for Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays!
About the Role…
We’re looking for Casual Wait Staff/ Café Attendants to support the café operation in our Café Wild and Café Waterhole.
This unique role (based at the zoo!!) presents the opportunity to work with genuine work/ life balance + the benefits are fantastic!
- Shifts generally range from Mondays to Sundays: 8am till 4pm
- 20 to 38 hours available per week depending on your availability
- Ability to pick up extra shifts throughout holiday periods or when your availability allows
Your Day to Day…
All training will be provided on the job; we’re looking for people with a great and willing to learn attitude. You will:
- Deliver high quality customer service in the café and our functions
- General Café attendant duties of both food and beverage:
- Preparing the cafe for service
- Clearing tables
- Taking orders and eftpos transaction
- Coffee making desirable but not essential (We will train you on the job)
- Cleaning and keeping café area clean and tidy
About You…
We are looking for candidates that have/ are willing to:
- Experience in front-of-house café functions
- Experience making coffees desirable but not essential (We will train you on the job)
- An ability to meet varying roster commitments, including out-of-hours, school holidays and weekends
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification or the potential to obtain certification desirable
- Current paid NSW Working with Children Check
