Casual Caretaker Couple, Wandoan Qld

Our client is the owner of a cattle property positioned directly between Wandoan & Taroom in Queensland. A Casual Caretaker Couple are required to provide assistance to the older owners with odd jobs on the property. The successful couple would accommodate a 3-bedroom home on the property in return for providing some assistance to the property owners by way of:

• House cleaning once per week.
• Feeding dogs & checking stock waters if the owners are away.
• Providing hay to horses.
• Light gardening including pruning.
• Rubbish runs.
• Light workshop work.
• Providing assistance with other odd jobs as required.

This is an unpaid wages position however the rent of $250 / week for the home will not be charged. The three-bedroom home is located on the property, 40 kilometers from both Taroom & Wandoan with grocery shopping, a hardware store, butcher and cafes all located in Taroom. Pets are welcomed and should be disclosed upon application.
