Rinaldo’s Casa Cucina is a family owned Italian Restaurant in our 17th year of serving locals and visitors alike. We have an attractive 100+ seat riverside venue, open 5 dinner sessions per week. Our menu showcases local seasonal produce, fresh pasta, hand stretched wood fired Neapolitan style pizza and house-made gelato.
The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced chef looking for a casual or part-time position or someone look for extra shifts in the evening.
Qualifications and Experience
- Trade qualification with minimum 2 years experience
- Experience in high volume, fast-paced working environment
- An unwavering commitment to quality and consistency
- Creative and a keen eye for detail
- Have a high standard for food and cleanliness
- Be precise, accurate, consistent in preparation and be able to follow instructions
- A positive attitude and good sense of humour
