Delaware North are now recruiting highly experienced and enthusiastic Sous Chefs, Chef de Parties and Demi Chefs on a casual basis to join our Culinary team at Marvel Stadium.
Marvel Stadium is one of Melbourne’s leading sports & entertainment venues with a capacity of 53,000 and regularly hosting several Australian Football League (AFL) teams, as well as A-League, cricket matches, concerts and special events and non-event-day functions.
About the opportunity:
Our Culinary team at Marvel Stadium delivers high-end food offerings across multiple restaurants, corporate dining and functions, supporting the day-to-day culinary operation across event-day and non-event day catering.
The extensive Culinary offering includes premium restaurants – Gallery by Adrian Richardson and Lee Ho Fook, in addition to 62 corporate boxes offering premium member-based hospitality services. The stadium also has a retail operation of approximately 60 outlets.
As we gear up for the upcoming 2024 AFL season, we are currently looking for Culinary team members across all levels.

- Sous Chefs
- Chef de Parties
- Demi Chefs
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in one of the following areas within a fast-paced culinary environment:
- A-la-carte dining
- Asian specialty dining
- High-volume wok
- Steakhouse
- Functions
- Cold larder
- Demonstrated knowledge of commercial kitchen operations and venue/event experience
- You have a strong background in back of house kitchen operations
- A passion for food and creative flair
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Ability to work across a flexible roster, including nights and weekends
Interviews will be held on site at Marvel Stadium in the Docklands.
