Casual Early Childhood Educator (Diploma) $36.16 to $41.95 per hour + super 25% casual loading Workplace located at East Lindfield Thomas Carlyle Children's Centre is an Exceeding rated long day care centre providing high quality education and care for young children. Our service provides a safe, stimulating, inclusive environment that values a child’s individual journey of learning and discovery through play and relationships. Reporting to the Centre Director, this dynamic role will see you assisting in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the daily program for children 0-5 years utilising your understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. Working within a team; you will create a safe, secure, caring and developmentally appropriate environment. You will have a flexible approach, ability to multi task and show initiative and be able to problem solve any conflicts in a reflective and positive manner. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and will use clear communication when dealing with parents, during meetings and in face-to-face situations. It is essential that you build positive relationships and liaise in a professional manner with children, parents, colleagues and outside agencies.
