Successful applicants will have:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Childrens Services, or equivalent
- A valid Working with Children Check
- A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education
- Right to Work in Australia
- A detailed understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Great mentoring and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
