- Either a Cert III or Diploma in children's services or working towards or Bachelor's degree
- Passion for working with children
- Have a good knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
- A current Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
- A current First Aid/Anaphylaxis/Asthma
