We are building our Casual Relief Pool to provide support to our Olympic Dam villages in South Australia. Our Olympic Dam Village dining room has been through recent upgrades, transforming 'mess halls' to modern 'cafés', providing nutritious, culturally, and dietary inclusive food.
The Position: Creating Culinary Masterpieces
- You will prepare, cook, and serve meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner for residents and guests.
- Provide exceptional service when interacting with our staff, residents, and guests.
- Maintain food safety standards in line with company policies.
- Ensure delightful experiences for both clients and diners.
- Experience working in a high-volume, buffet-style kitchen.
- A minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to follow safe food handling procedures.
- Ability to maintain professional standards in a high-pressure kitchen.
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical with drug and alcohol screening.
- Enthusiastic about acquiring new culinary skills.
