The position involves;
- pool maintenance
- maintaining neat gardens
- maintaining external appearance of the property and the apartments
The ideal candidate needs to be available weekends and 2-3 days throughout the week. Have a positive attitude. Not be afraid of hard work and enjoy working outside. Must be willing to help housekeepers when necessary with lifting/carrying etc
The role is approximately 20 - 30 hours a week - more during holiday periods.
