General painting of the hotel property, including but not limited to, repairs throughout the inside of the hotel (guestrooms, bathrooms, hallways, lobby, etc) and outside. Keeping hotel appearance fresh according to the hotel standards at the direction of the Maintenance Manager.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for general painting of all areas
- Must be neat and clean and have a good eye for detail
- Work with outside vendors for needed services
- Perform miscellaneous minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls
- Able to react quickly when situations come up
- Workspace cleaned after each shift
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
- Report maintenance problems, safety hazards
Qualifications
- Minimum one-year painting maintenance experience is required, with hotel experience preferred
- Good customer skills are also required
