Alliance Nursing, one of the largest nursing agencies in Australia, is currently on the lookout for superstars to join our team, assisting in placing our fantastic nurses into shifts with our valued clients.
The Position:
In this role you will be required to assist and coordinate the daily allocation of our agency nursing workforce, rostering shifts based on required skillsets and availabilities to hospitals and aged care facilities across QLD.
To succeed in this role you will require great customer service skills combined with the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast environment.
We have varied shifts available 7 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting hospitals and aged care facilities with requirements for nurses on a shift by shift basis
- Liaise with our large nursing database, maintaining availability to place into work
- Ensure candidate and client notes are up to date in the system
Essential skills, experience and attributes:
- Agency Allocations Experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Call Centre Experience (highly advantageous but not essential)
- Strong Customer focus
- Courteous Telephone manner
- Exceptional communication skills
- Team player
- Sound computer skills and experience with databases
- Accurate data entry skills
- Exposure to medical terminology (highly advantageous but not essential)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organisational skills with excellent time management
- Sales ability
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
