Blond Catering are seeking energetic qualified Chefs for our iconic waterside venue, The Cruising Yacht Club of Australia. Join our team and produce relaxed, modern Australian meals in the Cafe and a wide variety of high quality catering in our flexible event spaces.

Experience in a busy environment is essential, as is a genuine passion for the industry.

We are looking for Chefs with:

Experience in a similar high volume venue

Ability to stay calm under pressure

Excellent communications skills

Great attention to detail

Well presented and able to maintain a clean, tidy and organised work station

Good availability - including nights, weekends, public holidays over the Christmas and New Year period

Both Full time and casual positions available, with immediate start.
