Job overview:
As an IQVIA Registered Nurse you will have the opportunity to visit patients in their homes to administer crucial medication for a variety of treatments.
We are currently looking for a Registered Nurses with paediatric and port experience to support one of our rare disease programs. The medication needs to be collected from Westmead and transported to the patients homes in Penshurst or Cherrybrook for weekly or fortnightly 5-6 hour long infusion.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for nursing, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing patient-centered care.
Qualifications:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
- Experience with paediatrics and port access
- Current CPR Certificate
- Immunization record - COVID vaccination mandatory
- Demonstrated commitment to provide high quality, safe and effective nursing care that aligns with individual residents’ preference and best practice
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability engage with a range of individuals
- Flexibility to work Monday - Friday, standard business hours as a casual employee specific to the needs of the patients
