About the role

• Provide a world class customer service experience to each and every customer
• Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following T2 safety policies and procedures
• Manage high volumes of stock and visual merchandising to provided standards
• Continually expand your knowledge of products and become tea and brewing expert

About you

• Acts with customer in mind
• Ready to work in a busy and fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and ready to learn
• Strong communication skills
• Previous customer service or retail experience advantageous
