YOUR ROLE

• Assist customers throughout the buying process
• Product merchandising and maintaining store presentation
• Preparing the store for sales campaigns
• Learning the product range taking part in product training
• Placing and following up orders
• Organizing deliveries, maintaining communication with customers
• Completing warranty procedures
• Following up customers inquires
• Electronic POS and administrative functions

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

• Passion for retail, highly motivated and results driven person
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Outstanding customer service and communication skill
• Your knowledge of the industry will be looked upon favorably but is not essential
• Ability to work weekends, Thursday nights, and public holidays
