Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and deliver category insights and strategies integral to Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Sales decision-making processes.
- Lead strategic innovation and customer engagement initiatives in collaboration with Marketing and Marketing Insights teams.
- Initiate, develop, and manage key projects aimed at identifying and resolving strategic category challenges internally and with our trade partners.
- Translate category strategy into actionable plans such as Joint Business Plans, Category Reviews, Customer Deep Dives, and New Product Development (NPD) engagement.
- Craft and deliver compelling category sell stories to external customers, linking internal initiatives with external category growth opportunities.
About You
- Previous experience in Strategic Category Development, Trade Marketing, and/or Account Management roles.
- Previous involvement in Beverages/Alcohol category (Supplier, Agency, or Retailer) and FMCG experience with major accounts (Woolworths, Coles, EG) highly regarded.
- Proven ability to influence both internally and externally.
- Strong data analytics capabilities with a focus on Scan/Shopper Data analytics (HomeScan, IHP, Quantium or Summit Visual Insights experience highly regarded)
- Proficient in Project & Stakeholder Management.
- Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and visual, enabling effective communication.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for driving category growth and fostering partnerships
