About the role
The Catering Assistant level 2 assists in the provision of a high quality food & beverage service by undertaking responsibility and duties additional to the level 1 tasks in specific areas of the service including the salad and sandwich area, the preparation of hot breakfast items, ingredients and stores control, and meal service.
