What you will need:
- Trade qualifications or equivalent skills as a Cook
- Proven experience in catering, cleaning, linen, and laundry services
- Exceptional leadership skills with previous experience as a Team Leader
- Ability to provide guidance on procedures and safe work practices
- Expertise in organising work methods and providing on-the-job training
- Proficiency in maintaining employee rosters and schedules
- A proactive approach with the ability to exercise judgment and initiative in daily operations
