The Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational TherapistLevel 3 to join our Mental Health Inpatient Units. In this role, you will provide high-quality clinical Occupational Therapy services to consumers and their families/carers, ensuring optimal health outcomes. You will offer senior clinical leadership, deliver advanced patient-centred care, and support the mentoring and development of staff. Your responsibilities will include conducting occupational therapy assessments, coordinating group therapy programs, developing therapeutic interventions, and ensuring care delivery within professional, organizational, legal, and ethical boundaries. About You  

  • You have current registration to practice as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board (AHPRA).
  • You have a current NSW Drivers Licence and willingness to travel across sites within the CCLHD, a Working With Children Check (WWCC) is also required.
  • You have advanced clinical skills and experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a Mental Health setting conducting functional assessments and developing therapeutic care plans to address these needs.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including negiotation and conflict resolution skills.
