About Wayfinder
Wayfinder is a Margaret River wine brand with a focus on sustainability and a light-touch approach to regenerative farming.
Aside from our organically certified vineyard, we are also active in tending to regenerative planting, chickens, sheep, bees, vegetable gardens and orchard. We use our own produce to create a farm-to-table experience for our customers. The Urban Cellar Door is a hybrid offering of wine tastings, takeaway wine sales and dining on-premise.
Responsibilities:At Wayfinder, we offer a collaborative and friendly environment where you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and have the opportunity to learn from our experienced team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Customer service in the Cellar Door and Restaurant.
- Wine tastings and takeaway sales between 12-5pm.
- Making up platters between 12-3pm, as needed.
- Helping with venue set-up before opening each day.
- Light cleaning duties, glasswashing.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure optimal csutomer experience and sales results are achieved.
- Previous experience preferred but not essential.
- Must have an RSA.
- Approved Manager Certificate but not essential.
- We are looking for someone motivated and eager to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions in a busy work environment.
Remuneration and Hours:
We are offering 25-30 hours per week at Cellar Door Award rates. Finishing time is between 5-5:30pm, except occassionally during functions when availability for evening work will be necessary.
