St Annes Vineyards is a family owned and operated wine business established in 1972. Now in the hands of the second generation, the company operate a winery and vineyards in Victoria and Southern NSW, as well as five Cellar Door locations where we offer a vast array of activities including wine tasting and sales, but also lunches, weddings, functions and events. St Annes have been succesful exporters of wine for some 20 years and continue to find and develop new markets abroad. We're a growing company, and we continue to seek out new opportunities to bring St Annes wines to more locations across Victoria and Australia.
Qualifications & experience
- Experience in cellar operations
- Driver's license
- Certified forklift operator and confined spaces (ideally)
- Have an interest in making a wide range of wines
Tasks & responsibilities
- Operation of all winery equipment in the production of a wide range of wines,
- Taking a leading role in bottling and packaging,
- Safely operating forklifts and other machinery
- Supervision of other staff
- Vintage grape and juice processing
- Dispatch of wines in bulk and packaged formats
- Winery cleaning, upkeep and maintenace
- Assist with fermentation management
