As Cemeteries Supervisor, you will organise and oversee sustainable and efficient delivery of Council’s cemeteries and cemetery related activities whilst maintaining a high standard of work and job safety.
You will provide principal leadership to the Cemetery Services Team whilst overseeing the delivery of Council’s interment services ensuring maximum efficiency in the use of resources.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Knowledge and experience in cemetery operations, or ability to demonstrate the capacity to rapidly develop this knowledge
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with customers and motivate, coach and counsel staff
- Demonstrated ability to control budgets, effectively utilise Council’s computer systems and compile basic reports
Pay Level $2,711.66 - $3,148.62 per fortnight (Level 3-4) + superannuation.
In accordance with Council’s Enterprise Agreement and the relevant Award.
Pay rate dependent on relevant skills and experience.
Status Permanent , Full-time
Hours of Work 76 hours per fortnight, 9 day fortnight
