About Goodstart Burton
Goodstart Early Learning Burton is in Adelaide's North. Caters for 84 children aged from 6 weeks to 5 years. The centre is open from 6.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.
All four of their light-filled learning spaces lead to the large outdoor area.
A very family orientated early learning centre, the caring, long term, dedicated educators create a homey atmosphere within the centre.
They look forward to building and maintaining meaningful and true relationships with all families and children.
Position requirements
- Must hold a Bachelor or Diploma of Early Childhood (or ACECQA assessed equivalent)
- Experience with leading and managing change within education, health, or community services
- Experience in operating a service and proven abilities to build reputation and occupancy whilst also managing labour and other operating costs
- Strong knowledge in the NQS and EYLF and have the ability to inspire and motivate a large team to continuously improve practice and programming
- Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
