Centre Director - Moreton Bay

We are excited to be supporting our Client in recruiting a Centre Director to join them in starting their new service in the Moreton Bay region. 

Our Client is a Brisbane-based Provider that operates 8 Early Childhood Centres across Brisbane. They are now recruiting for a Centre Director to join them before the opening of their new service in the Moreton Bay region. 

We are interested in speaking to candidates with at least 1-2 years experience as a Centre Director.

• $90, 000 - $100, 000 + super + 5, 000 annual allowance
• 100-place service catering to children 0 - 5
• Quarterly bonuses for Directors (minimum $400 and max $2, 000 per quarter)

About the role 

• You will be the Nominated Supervisor for this brand-new 100-place centre 
• Lead a team that will be managing and programming 7 rooms across the service 
• Manage enrolments and parent enquiries 
• Recruitment of centre employees 
• Quality and Compliance management 
• Working collaboratively with other Centre Directors and your manager (Area Operations Manager)

About you:

• Diploma or tertiary qualification in Early Years Education 
• 1-2 years minimum experience working as a Centre Director 
• Experienced in leading and mentoring teams 
• Good communicator 
• Passionate about best outcomes for children 
• Working with Children Check
