As a dedicated Centre Director, your responsibilities will encompass various facets of managing a privately owned and family-run childcare center. Here's an outline of the key duties and qualifications for the role:
To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following:
- A Diploma or Early Childhood Degree or working towards recognised by ACEQCA
- Experience in a Director or management position
- Current working with children check
- First aid certificate
- Strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide education standards of excellence.
- Sound understanding of The Early Years Learning Framework for Australia and The National Quality Framework
- Be able to drive up Occupancy
- Experience in assessment and rating
- A current First Aid Certificate, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Completed How to Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk training.
