Join this Elite Preschool in Eastern Suburbs , hiring Full Time Permanent Cert III & Diploma Educators.
To be considered for the role, we will need from you;

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and implementing age-appropriate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages children to explore and discover.
• Monitoring and recording each child's progress, development, and milestones, communicating regularly with parents or guardians.
• Building strong partnerships with families and fostering a sense of community within the preschool.

Required skills & certification;

• MUST have completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) 
• A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willing to obtain one 
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for working with children and their families 
• Ability to work effectively in a team 
• Knowledge and understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
• At least two years working full time within the childcare industry
