- COMPLETED Cert III, Diploma or ECT in Early Childhood Learning, or equivalent
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- An thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Great mentoring and leadership skills
- A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education
- Right to Work in Australia (without restriction)
- At least 3 years working in the childcare industry
