The Role:
Join this wonderful service in the heart of the Upper North Shore. Our client is currently seeking a passionate Cert III/Diploma to join their team. Be part of their wonderful centre, who value their staff and assist with career progression, training, and development.

• Position: Cert 3 or Diploma Childcare Educator
• Location: Upper North Shore Sydney
• Type: Full-Time
• $33ph - $40 per hour/plus $500 sign on bonus to successful candidate

  To be successful in this role, your responsibilities will include:
  

• Planning and implementing age-appropriate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages children to explore and discover.
• Monitoring and recording each child's progress, development, and milestones, communicating regularly with parents or guardians.
• Building strong partnerships with families and fostering a sense of community within the preschool.

Applicants must have the following:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) 
• A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willing to obtain one
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for working with children and their families.
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Knowledge and understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
