The Opportunity
The right candidate for this role will be a passionate and experienced lead educator who wants to work within a high quality centre where the community and families are at the heart of what they do. You are a team-player and work well within a collaborative team culture. You will be responsible for observation and documentation and developing a child focused program for the children in your care.
The Candidate
You will have a strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS and be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as be comfortable talking to families. Ideally you will have had 2+ years experience within the childcare industry.
As the ideal candidate for this position, you will hold;
- Cert III / Diploma in Children's Services
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis desired
