Qualifications & experience:
- Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education or an overseas ACECQA Approved Equivalent.
- Valid Working With Children's Check.
- First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Your role includes:
- Actively supervising children during planned and spontaneous experiences.
- Supporting permanent staff, children, and families in day-to-day activities.
- Building relationships with children, ensuring they feel safe, secure, and supported.
- Contributing to daily programming through observations, checklists, and critical reflections.
- Undertaking general tasks and cleaning responsibilities.
