About the Role

Our Erskineville location is currently seeking passionate & motivated individuals to join their team in reaching collective goals.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Certificate III Educator to join our close-knit and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working collaboratively with a team of Early Childhood Educators toward collective goals.
  • Facilitating a safe & caring environment for all children.
  • Driving initiatives, curriculum activities, and continuous improvement.
  • Observing and documenting the progress of each child, in line with the EYLF & NQS.
  • Liaising with parents regarding routines, progress and challenges.
  • Assisting with the implementation of programs and experiences to meet the needs of individual children
  • Contributing to the completion of documentation of children's skills and interests that includes a clear cycle of reflective practice
  • Ensuring the physical environment is well maintained
  • Engaging in professional communication with families and caregivers

About You

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Monday to Friday Availability
  • Lead and develop the team to deliver a high-quality cycle of planning, curriculum and outcomes for each child in your room
  • Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Must have excellent written and communication skills
  • Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to children
  • Interact with Children and Families in a positive, sensitive and respectful manner.
