Centrally located in the town centre of Murrumbateman, this centre caters to 115 children, offering state-of-the-art facilities in a picturesque rural setting, with stimulating learning environments that spark each child’s imagination and development. On behalf of my client, I am currently recruiting a Qualified Educator OR ECT to work at an amazing Early Learning Centre. Your new role
As a thriving educator, you will be able to work at a regional early childhood service, where the programs have a strong connection to the natural world, and they love nurturing each child’s love of sustainability through recycling and composting initiatives. Their educational program is based around school readiness and preparedness for real-life experiences, with a focus on developing independence, autonomy, and resilience.
What you'll need to succeed
- Early childhood Educator OR ECT qualified (early childhood education) approved by ACECQA
- Working knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and professionals
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with families, children, and other staff.
- The successful candidate will be a warm, flexible, and friendly person and have a collaborative approach to teaching.
- Excellent social and communication skills
- Valid working with children's check and first aid
