Form of workAn exciting opportunity exists for a CFS Import and Export Administrator to join our team and work out of our Port Botany Facility
What your day can look like:
- Front counter processing responsibilities in relation to export receivals and import releases and dealing with LCL carrier drivers
- Daily query inbox management
- Knowledge and understanding of various holds / Clearances for under bond cargo
- Processing of Import Manifests, lower level house bill information, out turning of cargo into Freight Systems
- Freight Depot operations co-ordination of Import, Export cargo receivables and releases
- 3PL coordination
- Backup support in biosecurity administration
What you can bring to the team
- FAK / CFS or industry knowledge of Import / Export operations
- Technology savvy
- Demonstrate competency with MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills
- High attention to detail
- Proactive attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Proactive attitude
