AddressAllura Partners are working with an innovative government agency, who are looking for a IT Change Analyst to join the IT Projects Portfolio Team. You will work alongside the Change Manager to work on the plan and execution of change initiatives for the successful implementation of new IT business solutions across the organisation.
The successful candidate will join an established project team, working alongside an experienced Change Manager who is extremely supportive and driven. This is a fantastic opportunity for a IT Change Analyst who would like to be mentored to the next stage of their career.
The Change Analyst role will involve:
- Conducting detailed impact analyses, change readiness, adoption plans and stakeholder mapping
- Working alongside the Change Manager to support the implementation of change management activities including change, communications and training plans
- With guidance, you will execute, participate, and be involved in the development of change management strategies, and tasks to integrate into project plans
- Involved in producing a set of actionable and targeted documents to support the change implementation activities including; change management plans, communications plans, training plans, and any
other relevant artefacts (all with guidance from the CM) - Building strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholder, ensuring continued engagement
- Prior experience working with IT Change Management teams to develop change management artefacts and deliver sustainable business and technology change
- 5 years of demonstrated experience working within IT Projects
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Creative approach with the ability to operate within a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
