The Role
We are seeking a Change Analyst, reporting into the Change Manager this person will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the project. Responsibilities include:
- Support the development of change impacts and readiness assessments to inform change management plans to deliver successful program outcomes.
- Manage a master stakeholder register to identify risks and inform coordinated communication and engagement plans.
- Develop and coordinate presentations and materials to support, inform and educate key stakeholders about key change activities.
- Coordinate key change activities including training and scheduling.
- Provide timely communications, escalations, and recommendations to key senior stakeholders.
- Support the communications process by contributing to designing and planning change-related communications narratives and material.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate for this role possesses change experience as a Change Analyst in an organisation-wide transformation program. They have well-developed communication skills and can build relationships at all levels of an organisation. Experience with MS Dynamics 365 FinOps is highly desired.
With a proven track record for working in a complex environment they can analyse and problem solve in large change programs. Whilst working independently they can also be an effective team member with experience developing and delivering training materials.
The ability to prioritise, to be flexible and gain cooperation across the organisation in an ambiguous environment will be required.
