Hays Recruitment in Darwin is proud to be partnering with one of the biggest utility corporations in the Northern Territory to find a qualified Change Analyst to contribute to their Metering project.
Your new role
You will be playing a key part in supporting the Change Manager to ensure the project adheres to the corporation's Change Management processes and procedures and governance of an effective change methodology. The role will help manage the change process for individuals, minimise the impact of change and result in meaningful and effective change for the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
Essential Criteria:
Proven ability to use a structured methodology to manage system change projects by applying a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project.
Strong change management project planning & execution skills and experience, especially in a Business or Technology Project
Experience of communicating key project outcomes and insights to key stakeholders at all levels
Experience with supporting Project Change Manager and leaders in strategies to support individuals as they move through the stages of change
Experience of managing changes that impact systems
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex concepts in a meaningful way across all levels of business
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
Desirable:
Tertiary Qualifications in a related discipline
Proven system change experience
Proven experience in the utilities sector
What you'll get in return
Daily rate of $840.35 inclusive of superannuation
Opportunity to work in the tropical hub of the Northern Territory
Weekly-pay
Temporary assignment for duration of 7 months
Travel and meal allowances
