Form of workWe are currently seeking suitably qualified and motivated applicants for the full-time positions of Change Desk Attendant at our Tuggeranong venue.
Key duties in this role include:
- Provide a consistent and high-quality standard of service to all members and guests with the outcome of providing a positive customer experience.
- Perform Change Desk duties, clearances, poker machine and bar service.
- Work closely with the team to achieve high-quality service, presentation, and delivery to all guests.
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional way.
- Assist customers by following CSCC’s customer service standards and processes.
- All service areas and surrounding areas are to be always kept impeccably clean.
What we are looking for:
- Current ACT Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Current ACT Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RSG) certificate.
- Able to commit to a five-day week (Tuesday-Saturday) with bi-weekly alternation between daytime and night-time shifts.
- Willingness to attain a National Police certificate.
- Exceptional presentation and customer service skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with members and guests.
- Strong people skills and experience of working in teams effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar gaming environment (preferred)
