YOUR ROLE
As part of the Delivery & Change team within our Intermediated Insurance Division (IIA) you will have the key responsibility of providing strategic leadership by influencing and guiding senior leaders on change impact across Business Areas.
This leadership will help ensure that transformational change delivered by Commercial Enablement (CE) and other large IIA programs, are effectively embedded so that they “stick” in the target Business Units to enable associated benefits to be realized.
This is a permanent opportunity, we’re open to applications from Sydney or Melbourne.
ABOUT YOU
- Pragmatic with extensive experience leading the delivery of division wide change management with a focus on embedding the change delivered by transformation programs.
- Experience leading / engaging with large transformation programs that are multi-dimensional across Technology, Business and external engagements within a complex environment.
- Experience in Insurance would be preferred.
- Strong Leadership skills through change – with proven ability to deliver business results through others and uplift Change Leadership capability.
- Strong commercial acumen, looking to balance the drive for improvement with recognition of stakeholder needs and external regulators.
- You build deep relationships, drive collaboration within and across teams, and can influence others.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and engagement capability at all levels.
