Change Management Lead

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred
• Expertise in organizational Change Management
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills, along with emotional intelligence
• Ability to liaise, consult, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Possession of a current Western Australian 'C' Class Driver’s Licence

• Lead business and IT system enablement and continuous improvement with stakeholders
• Manage stakeholders through analysis, engagement, and communication plans
• Develop and execute Change Management strategies for system upgrades and replacements
• Guide project integration of Change Management plans and deliverables
• Align Change Management activities with project objectives in collaboration with Project Managers
• Conduct impact assessments, risk identification, and develop mitigation strategies
• Facilitate workshops and system demonstrations for multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain vendor partnerships for external supply and services.
