Job description

 
Join this busy centralised project team focused on key project initiative across all areas of their business from operations to system consolidation and optimisation. It’s a very “hands-on” role where you will be doing end-to-end change management and focused on the end-users experience. Reporting into existing Change Manager in the business your role will be to ensure that change activities are strategically planned, executed, communicated, and monitored throughout the organisation.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver end-to-end change management for project initiatives
  • Integrate change management activities into project plans and communication plans, ensuring alignment with project time lines and milestones.
  • Design and develop communication materials to articulate the benefits and impacts of proposed changes.
  • Develop training programs, workshops, and materials to equip project teams and stakeholders with the necessary skills and knowledge to embrace and adapt to change.
  • Track the progress of change initiatives and regularly update the change road map.
  • Lead change management forums to provide regular updates on change initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Work across multiple projects while maintaining effective and responsive communications and support.
 
 
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in end-to-end change management analysis and implementation.
  • Familiarity with agile methodology, project management approaches, tools, and the project life-cycle would be advantageous
  • Confidence and skills in providing change advisory and coaching to project stakeholders and senior business leaders.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to create compelling presentation materials using MS PowerPoint.
