Our client is a Perth based Education provider looking for a Change Manager with Business Analysis skills for their 2024 HRIS project.
Our client is a Perth based Education provider looking for a Change Manager with Business Analysis skills for their 2024 HRIS project. Please still apply if you meet these criteria in other industries and only onshore applicants as hybrid work from office is required by our client.
- 7.5 hours per day and 37.5 hours per week.
- Perth Western suburb locations (WFH must be requested as per client's requirements) On-Site and remote work as required by our client.
- Perth based candidates only, please. This role requires the candidate to be in the office as directed by our client on a hybrid arrangement and NO FULL REMOTE WORK ALLOWED.
- Contract daily rate $700 per day plus 11.5% superannuation.
- Education industry award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances and superannuation.
Key Responsibilities and capabilities
Change Management
- Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate business transformation and user adoption across our client's entire system.
- Create and deliver training materials, communication plans, and support resources to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and engage with key stakeholders to address concerns, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and manage the change network across the school system.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities as well as make adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
Business Analysis
- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the vendor to identify and document business requirements.
- Participate in workshops and facilitate discussions to gather business requirements.
- Coordinate decision-making processes and ensure alignment between stakeholders and the vendor.
- Develop and present process improvement recommendations.
- Manage and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet business needs and requirements.
Desirable:
- Previous HRIS project implementation
- Workday HCM experience
- Change Management certification.
- Previous enterprise level project transformation experience
