Level 8, SOA, $152,297 - $175,661 pa plus 11% superannuationAbout the JobAbout the roleJoin our team as the pivotal liaison between the PTA Project Delivery (PPD) Division's High-Capacity Signalling Program of Works (HCS) and internal as well as external stakeholders. As the interface for the Public Transport Authority's (PTA) change management and business process integration needs concerning the new Digital Radio and Automatic Train Control Systems, you'll spearhead crucial initiatives. Your role will encompass offering strategic guidance, leadership, and expert consultation on change management processes, ensuring seamless project delivery aligned with PTA's standards and legislative requirements.About You!To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Possession of relevant tertiary qualification or extensive experience in managing significant change management programs for complex high-value projects;
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading change management initiatives that yield substantial business outcomes, employing structured methodologies and offering guidance to smoothly embed changes within the organization;
  • Proven track record in developing and executing organizational improvement strategies within intricate high-value business settings; and
  • Eligibility for Professional Membership in the Australian Institute of Project Management or equivalent professional project management institute, showcasing commitment to professional development and standards compliance.
